IEC62133中电池**测试设备要求:
今年起(2010年10月26日),电池类产品如欲取得CB认证证书,除按照UL1642测试外,还须进行额外测试,以确保它们符合电池**标准IEC 62133的要求。在特定的过渡期结束后,即从2011年6月27日起,IEC62133标准将**取代UL1642,电池类产品取得CB证书只须符合IEC62133的要求。
众所周知,电池使用不当,会导致如**和火灾等事故。近年来电池**事故频传,美国、日本、俄罗斯等国均强制要求电池按照专门标准进行检测。我国作为电池出口大国,占据全球一半以上的生产产量。近年来,宁波地区电池产业发展势头迅猛,上百家制造企业中涌现出口不少知名品牌,已成为浙江省初具规模的电池生产基地,今年1-10月,已有2.35亿美元电池出口顺利出口至美国、欧盟、日本东南亚、台湾等各个国家和地区。
电池产业正处于结构升级的关键阶段,积极拓展出口市场意义重大。检验检疫专家指出,获取CB证书的电池产品在申请进口国所要求的其它认证证书时,可免除或减少再送样测试,大大缩短产品进入市场的周期,减少成本费用,加速产品出口。而IEC 62133标准主要包含电芯和电池项目的测试,由于电池的制造和成品检测的复杂性,电池制造企业在检测验证前应对该标准细节有详细了解并在生产中加以控制,如在电芯设计考虑耐持续充电能力,以免在*终检测中因为不符合IEC 62133标准要求而阻碍出口。
IEC62133中电池**测试设备要求总括:
1. 耐振动测试(Vibration )
具体要求:电池在充满电的情况下进行振动,振幅为0.76mm, 以1HZ/MIN 的频率,在10HZ~55HZ 的条件下振动(10HZ~55HZ~10HZ为一个循环),在90±5min内恢复电池。
Fully chargedcellsor batteries are vibration-tested under the followingtestconditions and
the sequenceinTable 2. A simple harmonic motion is applied to the cellsorbatteries with
an amplitude of0,76mm, and a total maximum excursion of 1,52 mm. Thefrequencyis
varied at therateof 1 Hz/min between the limits of 10 Hz and 55 Hz. The entirerangeof
frequencies (10Hzto 55 Hz) and return (55 Hz to 10 Hz), is traversed in 90 min ±5min
for eachmountingposition (direction of vibration). The vibration is appliedin eachof three
mutuallyperpendicular directions, in the sequencespecifiedbelow.
Step 1: Verifythatthe measured voltage is typical of the charged productbeingtested.
Steps 2-4: Applythevibration as specified in Table 2.
Step 5: Rest cell for 1 h,thenmake a visual inspection.
2. 高温冲击测试(Moulded case stress at high ambient temperature)

具体要求:电池在70℃±2℃条件下,放置7H 以上,然后放置于室温条件下。

integrity.Thebattery is placed in an air circulating oven at a temperature of70°C ± 2 °C.
The batteriesremainin the oven for 7 h, after which they are removed andallowedto
return toroomtemperature.
3. 温度循环测试(Temperature cycling)

具体要求:充电电池经过以下5个循环后放置7天后再检查电池有无爆炸,起火,汇漏
**步:电池在70℃±2℃条件下放置4小时
**步:仪器在30MIN 内将温度降至20℃±5℃,在此条件下测试2小时
第三步:仪器在30MIN 内将温度降至-20℃±2℃,在此条件下测试4小时
第四步:仪器在30MIN 内将温度升至20℃±5℃,在此条件下测试2小时
第五步:重复以上4个骤四次为一个大循环

Fully chargedcellsor batteries are subjected to temperature cycling (–20 °C,+75°C),
in forceddraughtchambers, according to the following procedure.
Step 1: Placethecells or batteries in an ambient temperature of 75 °C ± 2 °C for4h.
Step 2: Changetheambient temperature to 20 °C ± 5 °C within 30 minandmaintain
at thistemperaturefor a minimum of 2 h.
Step 3: Changetheambient temperature to –20 °C ± 2 °C within 30 min andmaintainat
this temperaturefor4 h.
Step 4: Changetheambient temperature to 20 °C ± 5 °C within 30 minandmaintain
at thistemperaturefor a minimum of 2 h.
Step 5: Repeatsteps1 to 4 for a further four cycles.
Step 6: Afterthefifth cycle, store the cells or batteries for seven dayspriorto
examination.
NOTE This testcanbe performed in a single chamber whose temperature is changed orinthree separate
chambers at three differenttesttemperatures.
4. 短路测试(External short circuit)

(BE-1000A)常温型短路仪 具体要求:两组充满电的电池分别放置在20℃±5℃或55℃±5℃,每个电池遭受内阻<5mΩ的短路。电池一直测试24小时或直到直到电池下降温度超过短路时*高温度的20%,测试结束。
Test
Two sets offullycharged cells or batteries are stored in an ambienttemperatureof
20°C± 5 °C and 55 °C ± 5 °Crespectively.Each cell or battery is then short-circuitedby
connectingthepositive and negative terminals with a total external resistanceofless than
100mÙ. The cellsor batteries remain on test for 24 hor until the casetemperature
declines by 20 %ofthe maximum temperature rise, whichever isthesooner.
5. 自由跌落(freefall)

具体要求:电池从1米高度自由跌落到混凝土地面上,每个被测电池每个面跌落一次,跌落3次。
Test
Each fullychargedcell or battery is dropped three times from a height of 1,0m ontoa
concrete floor.Thecells or batteries are dropped so as to obtain impactsinrandom
orientations.
6. 机械振动(加速度冲击)(Mechanical shock)
具体要求:每个电池应承爱总共三次的等量级冲击,冲击应在三个互相垂直的每个方向上施加,,每次冲击要获得这样的加速度:即在*初的3MS ,*小平均加速度为75G ,峰值加速度应在125至175G之间。
The fullychargedcell or battery is secured to the testing machine by meansof arigid
mount whichwillsupport all mounting surfaces of the cell or battery. The cellorbattery is
subjected to atotalof three shocks of equal magnitude. The shocks are applied ineachof
threemutuallyperpendicular directions. At least one of them shallbeperpendicular to a
flatface.
For each shockthecell or battery is accelerated in such a manner that duringtheinitial
3 millisecondstheminimum average acceleration is 75 gn. The peak accelerationshallbe
between 125 gnand175 gn. Cells or batteries are tested in an ambienttemperatureof
20°C±5 °C.
7. 热冲击测试(Thermal abuse)

air-convectionoven.The oven temperature is raised at a rate of 5 °C/min ± 2°C/min toa
temperature of130°C ± 2 °C. The cell remains at this temperature for 10 minbeforethe
testisdiscontinued.
8. 挤压测试(Crushing of cells)

具体要求:充满电的电池,遭受外部为13KN ±1KN的挤压力,一旦压力到达或电池电压为原电池的1/3时,即可释放压力。
Test
Each fullychargedcell is crushed between two flat surfaces. The force forthecrushing is
applied byahydraulic ram exerting a force of 13 kN ± 1 kN. The crushingisperformed in
a manner thatwillcause the most adverse result. Once the maximum forcehasbeen
applied, oranabrupt voltage drop of one-third of the original voltage hasbeenobtained,
the forceisreleased.
A cylindricalorprismatic cell is crushed with its longitudinal axis paralleltothe flat
surfaces ofthecrushing apparatus. To test both wide and narrow sides ofprismaticcells,
a second setofcells is tested, rotated 90° around their longitudinalaxescompared to the
firstset.
9. 低气压测试(Low pressure )

具体要求:电池在环境温度为20℃±5℃的条件下,在气压为11.6KPA(相当于海拔高度:15240M) 的条件下,测试6小时.

Each fullychargedcell is placed in a vacuum chamber, in anambienttemperature
of 20°C± 5 °C.Oncethe chamber has been sealed, its internal pressureisgradually
reduced toapressure equal to or less than 11,6 kPa (this simulates analtitudeof
15 240 m) heldatthat value for 6 h.
c)Acceptancecriteria
No fire, no explosion,noleakage.
